PAWTRAIT SESSIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a Pawtrait Session, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
● A session booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
● Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
● Session fees are non-refundable if you cancel within the agreed notice period, as your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and your dog.
● If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible and I will do my best to offer an alternative appointment.

2. Dog Safety & Owner Responsibility
● The dog owner or nominated handler remains responsible for their dog at all times during the session.
● Owners/handlers must remain present and supervise their dog throughout the session.
● You are responsible for informing me before the session of any relevant information about your dog, including temperament, behaviour, health conditions, fears, triggers or handling requirements.
● Dogs must be kept under control at all times and owners should bring any suitable equipment required, such as leads, treats or favourite toys.
● I reserve the right to pause, alter or end a session if I believe it is unsafe, unsuitable or causing significant distress to the dog, owner or photographer.
● I cannot accept responsibility for injury, illness, escape or damage caused by a dog during the session.

3. Your Dog’s Wellbeing
● Your dog’s comfort and wellbeing are the priority throughout the session.
● Breaks, reassurance and adjustments to the session may be made depending on your dog’s needs.
● Please do not attend a session if your dog is unwell or showing signs of a contagious illness.

4. Photography & Editing
● Your session includes the number of edited digital images stated in your chosen package.
● Additional images may be available to purchase separately.
● All images are professionally edited in my own creative style.
● RAW files, unedited images or original camera files are not provided.
● The photographer’s artistic judgement regarding selection and editing of final images is final.

5. Image Delivery
● Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 14 days of your session.
● Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances outside of my control. If this occurs, you will be notified.

6. Copyright & Image Usage
● Copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer.
● Purchased digital images are supplied for personal use only and may not be altered, resold or used commercially without written permission.
● With your consent, images from your session may be used for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes.
● You can choose whether or not to allow your dog’s images to be shared publicly via the image usage consent section of the booking form.

7. Studio Environment
● Please follow any instructions provided during the session to ensure a safe environment for dogs, owners and equipment.
● Any damage caused to studio equipment or property by a dog may be chargeable to the owner/handler.

8. Personal Information
● Information provided during booking will be used only for managing your session and communicating with you about your booking.

9. Acceptance
By completing your booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept responsibility for your dog throughout the session.
