PAWTRAIT SESSIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a Pawtrait Session, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
● Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
● Full payment is required at the time of booking.
● Bookings are non-transferable without prior agreement.

2. Complimentary Sessions
Complimentary sessions are provided free of charge and have no cash value., They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or credit. They photographer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer prior to the session if necessary.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
● You may reschedule your session free of charge by providing at least 72 hours’ notice.
● Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
● One rescheduled appointment may be offered at the photographer’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
● Failure to attend your session without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in the session fee being forfeited.
● If I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond my control, you will be offered either an alternative appointment or a full refund.

4. Dog Safety & Owner Responsibility
● The owner or nominated handler remains responsible for their dog at all times before, during and after the session.
● Owners must remain present throughout the session.
● You agree to disclose any relevant behavioural, medical or handling information before the session.
● Dogs should arrive on a lead unless otherwise instructed.
● Please bring any treats, toys or comfort items that may help your dog during the session.
● If I believe a session presents a risk to the dog, owner, photographer or equipment, I reserve the right to pause or end the session.
● I accept no liability for injury, illness, escape, loss or damage caused by or involving your dog except where required by law.

● Your dog’s welfare will always take priority over obtaining photographs.
● Sessions will be adapted to suit your dog’s comfort and confidence.

6. Photography & Editing
● Your package includes the number of professionally edited digital images stated at the time of booking.
● Additional images may be available to purchase separately.
● Images are edited in my own artistic style.
● RAW or unedited files are not supplied.
● Final image selection and editing decisions remain at my artistic discretion.

7. Image Delivery
● Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 14 days of your session.
● Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances outside of my control. If this occurs, you will be notified.

8. Copyright & Image Usage
● Copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer.
● Purchased digital images are supplied for personal use only and may not be altered, resold or used commercially without written permission.
● With your consent, images from your session may be used for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes.
● You can choose whether or not to allow your dog’s images to be shared publicly via the image usage consent section of the booking form.

9. Studio Environment
● Please follow any instructions provided during the session to ensure a safe environment for dogs, owners and equipment.
● Any damage caused to studio equipment or property by a dog may be chargeable to the owner/handler.

● Information provided during booking will be used only for managing your session and communicating with you about your booking.

By completing your booking and making payment, you confirm that:
